On May 12, 2025, our Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) were stationed at 8 public schools serving as election precincts, providing essential health support to voters. With the oversight of the Alitagtag Rural Health Unit (RHU), our BHWs ensured that everyone’s well-being was closely monitored, from administering first aid to addressing health concerns during the voting process.

We proudly held a bloodletting activity on May 4, 2025, with 30 generous donors who chose to give the gift of life.

Strengthening Youth Empowerment in Alitagtag, Batangas!

In partnership with Alitagtag Senior High School, Alitagtag National High School, and the 19 barangays of Alitagtag, the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) proudly held a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony last April 28, 2025 for the establishment of 19 Community-Based Teen Centers and 2 School-Based Teen Centers across the municipality.

This milestone event signifies a powerful collaboration between CPD, the local government, educational institutions, and barangay leadership in advancing Adolescent Health and Development (AHD). The Teen Centers will serve as safe, youth-friendly spaces where adolescents can access accurate information and services related to reproductive health, mental wellness, life skills, and personal development.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Hon. Edilberto G. Ponggos for his unwavering support of youth-focused programs, as well as to all barangay captains and school principals of Alitagtag for their dedication and commitment.

Bakuna Champions 2-Day Seminar

We have successfully concluded our 2-Day Bakuna Champions Seminar held at the beautiful Sotogrande Hotel in Bauan, Batangas last April 29–30, 2025!

This seminar brought together our passionate and hardworking Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNSs), and health advocates from across the community. Over two days, we strengthened our knowledge and commitment to promoting life-saving vaccination programs and ensuring that every Filipino—especially the most vulnerable—has access to quality healthcare.
